- Front desk & remote service：front desk is available from 13:00-18:00. Outside of the office hour, you will be assisted remotely. There is an ipad placed in each room for you to contact the staff.
- How to check-in ? If you arrive 13:00 – 18:00, you can check in at the front desk. If you arrive after 18:00, you can do self check-in. Prior to your check-in day, we will send you the self check-in instruction (along with your room no. and password key box code) via email.
- How to check-out ? After check-out, return the key to the front desk. No check-out procedure required.

- Haneda Airport one way is ¥15,000 per car; ¥30,000 per car for round trip.
- Narita Airport one way is ¥25,000 per car; ¥50,000 per car for round trip.
