Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Instagram Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s presence on Instagram. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, analytics tracking, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts, Stories, Reels, and other content.
- Adaptable to fast-changing plans and priorities, and stay updated on the latest trends and news in Japan.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Independently handle all aspects of content creation, including graphic design and marketing.
- Explore influencer partnerships, collaborations, and other growth strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Instagram for a brand, business, or personal brand with a strong following.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent content creation skills (photo/video editing, captions, hashtags).
- Proficiency in tools like Instagram Insights, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and stay creative under deadlines.
- [Preferred] Experience with paid Instagram advertising and influencer marketing.
- Currently live in Tokyo.
Compensation
- ¥10,000~60,000 per month
- Compensation may be adjusted depends on writing ability, word count, and submission frequency

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative SEO Content Writer to craft high-quality, engaging, and search-engine-optimized content. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, an understanding of SEO principles, and the ability to research and develop compelling articles that align with our brand’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit high-quality blog posts, articles, and web content.
- Optimize content for SEO, including keyword placement, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
- Format and publish content using WordPress/Elementor.
- Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices.
- Develop content strategies and topic ideas based on SEO trends.
- Adaptable to fast-changing plans and priorities, and stay updated on the latest trends and news in Japan.
- Ensure all content is mobile-friendly and properly structured.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain quality and consistency.
- Capture and edit photos if needed (no photos will be provided, and editing support is not available).
- Conduct interviews when necessary (optional).
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO content writing with a portfolio of published work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
