- Smoking is not allowed in all parts of our buildings (including public areas and the balcony).
- To ensure a restful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM each day. Please refrain from loud talking, running, heavy footsteps, or any activities that may cause disturbing noise. This rule applies to both indoor areas (including balconies or terraces) and all shared spaces such as stairwells, elevators, balconies, and the lobby. Excessive noise may result in complaints from neighbors and possible police involvement, which could cause inconvenience to other guests. We sincerely ask for your cooperation. Thank you for your understanding and support.
- Images may differ in appearance from the actual apartments. Some furniture and decorations might be replaced or removed.
Guest Access & Restrictions
- 3rd Floor: No entry, it’s a storage space
- 2nd Floor Storage Cabinet: on one side of the Japanese-style guest rooms are for staff use only
- 1st Floor: The hanging cabinets above the kitchen are also for staff use only (if there is insufficient equipment, the equipment provided may be used)
- Stairs Outside the Entry: Please do not use the stairs on either side, as they lead to private residences
