Located in the convenient Shinjuku-Ochiai neighborhood. While nestled in a quiet residential area, it’s just steps away from a variety of Japanese chain restaurants like Kisoji and Skylark, as well as McDonald’s, drugstores, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
Close to the prestigious Mejiro University and Waseda University, and just a 20-minute direct ride from Nakai Station on the Oedo Line to the Harry Potter Studio in Tokyo.

- Sumifuku office located near Higashi-Shinjuku Station. It’s on the 2nd floor of Mishimaya Building. It’s a 30-minutes train ride from DeLIGHT.

- Smoking is not allowed in all parts of our buildings (including public areas and the balcony).
- DeLIGHT is a self check-in hotel with no front desk, so we are unable to accept deliveries or hold luggage. For luggage storage, please use the coin lockers available at the nearby station.
- As the hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to lower your volume when entering or leaving the building, especially after 9 PM, to avoid disturbing nearby residents.
- Please lower your volume after 9 PM to prevent disturbing the neighbours (including the balcony, staircase, and public areas)
- Images may differ in appearance from the actual apartments. Some furniture and decorations might be replaced or removed.
