新冠肺炎預防對策
為了因應預防新型冠狀病毒的擴散，住福將持續依照日本政府、東京都政府、日本觀光廳與世界衛生組織（WHO）的防治指南實施以下預防對策：
住宿設施預防對策
- 定期針對門把手、電梯按鈕、樓梯扶手和其他容易被觸摸到的公共區域進行消毒清潔。
- 於住宿設施的大門口或樓梯口設置手指消毒液，並經常檢查補充。
- 住福全體員工依據自我健康管理法，工作時配戴口罩，同時也不忘經常洗手保持乾淨。
- 深切關心所有入住客人的健康安全，先前入住客人退房離開後，對房間整體進行全面的清掃消毒，並至少間隔24小時以上才讓下一組客人入住。
- 住福要求所有員工上班前必須確認自身健康狀況良好並回報。 若員工有任何身體不適之症狀，立即停止工作並返家休息就醫。
- 若員工同住之家人需進行新冠狀病毒檢測時，一定會向公司報告，該名員工暫時停止執勤，進行居家隔離觀察。
請客人共同協助的預防對策
- 為了減少與客人面對面的接觸機會，住福全面實行安全的自助入住及線上遠距訊息回覆服務，房內備有體溫計，讓客人能留意自身健康狀況。
- 入住期間請客人外出時配戴口罩，自我保護。
- 建築物進出口或電梯口均備有手指消毒劑，請出入時多加利用。
- 入住時，所有入住的客人請測量體溫並作紀錄，若有出入國境等紀錄也請告知住福服務人員，並請自行消毒行李。
- 若有新型冠狀肺炎疑似症狀之客人請於入住前接受醫療院所進行病毒檢測與診斷就醫。
- 請客人協助於住宿設施之公共區域與眾人保持適當社交距離，避免大聲交談及飛沫擴散的可能性。

新型コロナウイルス感染症対策として、日本政府・自治体、観光庁、及び世界保健機関（WHO）のガイドラインに従って、以下の対策を継続して実施して参ります。
この度、新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）による影響を受けられました皆様には、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。前例のない事態が続く中、皆様ご自身、ご家族、そしてご友人が安全で健康な生活を送れるよう心よりお祈り申し上げます。
私たち住福が運営する宿泊施設 Cookie House / Cozy Vibes / IKKENでは、お客様の安全と健康最優先に考え、行動いたします。
施設における感染対策
- ドアノブ、エレベーターボタン、手すり等の共用部の手に触れやすい部分は、定期的に消毒しております。
- 手指消毒剤を施設共用部又室内に設置し、管理しております。
- スタッフ全員マスクを着用しております。健康管理に配慮し、手洗いなど頻繁に行います。
- ゲストの安全のため、すべてのゲストがチェックアウトした後に部屋の消毒及び清掃を行い、次のお客様を迎えるまで24時間以上の時間を空けます。
- 従業員全員に出勤前に健康の確認と報告を義務付けております。体調に問題がある場合は自宅待機としております。
- 従業員の家族が新型コロナウイルスの検査を受けた場合も、会社への報告を行い、当該従業員は自宅待機といたします。
お客様へのご協力のお願い
- ご到着時の接触を最小限に抑えるため、安全かつ機能的なセルフチェックイン手順、体温検査、遠隔でのご挨拶を行っております。
- ご滞在中は施設内でのマスク着用をお願いしております。
- 入口および館内各所に消毒液を設置しておりますので、小まめな手指消毒の実施をお願いします。
- チェックイン時、全てのお客様を対象に、検温および健康状態、海外渡航歴の確認をしております。又、お荷物の消毒にもご協力下さい。
- COVID19の症状が疑われるお客様には、チェックイン前に健康診断を受けるよう依頼しております。
- 施設内共用部はソーシャルディスタンスを保ってご利用ください。又、大声での会話を控えていただくなど、飛沫拡散防止にご協力お願いします。

Coronavirus preventive measures
What are do doing to cope with coronavirus-related health risks?
With the risks associated with COVID 19, and in accordance with the guidelines issued by our municipal governments, the World Health Organization, and Ministry of Tourism, we have implemening the following measures
In our facility
- All touch points in public areas like the door handle, elevator buttons, and railings are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer or disinfectant.
- Hand sanitizers are kept at regular intervals throughout the facility.
- Masks are being worn by all staff members. Staff pays extra attention to him/her health condition and practice washing hands frequently.
- For the safety of our guests, rooms are sanitized after every guest check out and kept vacant for 24 hours.
- All employees are required to check and report their health before going to work. If there is a problem with your physical condition, we will wait for you at home.
- Even if the employee’s family is tested for the new coronavirus, we will report it to the company and keep the employee at home.
Cooperation from our guests
- We prepare for safe and seamless arrival for guests minimizing direct contact through self check- in instruction, temperature checks, and contactless greetings.
- Please wear a mask inside the building during your stay.
- Disinfectants are installed at the entrance and various places in the building, so please perform a thorough hand disinfection.
- At the time of check-in, we will check the temperature, health status, and overseas travel history for all customers.
- Any guest who indicates COVID19 symptoms is required to undergo a medical examination prior to check-in.
- Please keep the social distance in the common areas of the facility. Please cooperate in order to prevent the spread of splashes by refraining from talking loudly in the common area of the facility.
